Hardware Engineering Director directs and oversees all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization. Establishes policies and procedures that produce high-quality hardware products. Being a Hardware Engineering Director ensures all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established polices and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hardware Engineering Director typically reports to top management. 8. Experience: None required previous stocking experience preferred.
9. Computer: Basic computer skills preferred.
10. Equipment: pallet jack, forklift, hand truck, box cutters, baler, 6 wheeler, ladder, etc.
11. Basic math skills required: Basic math skills required. An understanding of gross projections, invoices, transfers, labor goals, inventory, and other paper work as assigned by store management is required.
