Hardware Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization. Ensures all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established polices and objectives. Being a Hardware Engineering Manager reviews and approves testing and QA procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Hardware Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Hardware Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Hunter Engineering, a mid-sized, locally owned firm, located in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a Civil Engineer/ Project Manager. We are looking for a dedicated engineer with the ability to provide efficient and detailed engineering services to our clientele. Civil engineering assignments will include feasibility studies, planning and permitting processes, entitlements and design engineering for commercial, industrial and residential projects. This candidate will be responsible for the development of project designs and construction documents.

Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience in site development.
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Registered PE
- Working knowledge of construction documents including plan and profile work for site and utility projects
- Work independently
- Excellent communication skills and follow existing standards
- Experience using AutoCAD, Civil3D, MS Office
