Earnings potential can be up to $17.45 or higher. The earnings potential is based on a base wage of $11.50, and our achieve bonus program. Here is how our wages work: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $14.09 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $15.53 and increases as your performance % increases. We also have bonuses based on our facility efficiencies (team-work key).
In addition to the above bonus, we have bonus incentives for these positions(equipment, shipping and certain jobs in our receiving area). The additional bonus increase your hourly rate from an additional $1 to $1.50 with performance starting at 80%.

2nd shift – Monday – Friday 3pm – 11:30pm
During peak season – shift times may change to a 9 hour day and there is a schedule of Saturdays to be worked if needed for business demands.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours;
· Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
