Head Cataloging Librarian develops cataloging policies and procedures and implements improvement. Manages staff and student assistants in all formats cataloging following updated workflows. Being a Head Cataloging Librarian creates metadata schema to ensure efficient workflow for metadata projects. Typically requires a master's degree. Additionally, Head Cataloging Librarian typically reports to top management. The Head Cataloging Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Head Cataloging Librarian typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides and oversees all aspects of planning, production, preparation, and service of nutritious meals and snacks for Head
Start and Early Head Start students, parents, and teachers in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health, and
sanitation. Collaborates with Health and Nutrition Coordinator to perform administrative tasks in support of the food preparation
process, including documentation and maintenance of records.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
2. One year experience cooking nutritious foods for large groups, preferred.
