Essential Duties:

• Have clear attainable goals for the team and have alignment of all aspects of the

Job Specifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or
ability required.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience as a head coach preferred, or 5 years as an assistant coach at the high school or
college level. Must possess effective coaching knowledge, technique and skill. Be able to
understand and apply rules, regulations, and changes as they are adopted by UHSAA.
Applicants must have the following certification before the season begins: NFHS Trained or
Coaching Endorsement, First Aid, CPR, and Concussion Training. A background check is also
required.

This position may or may not include a licensed teaching assignment in Weight Training/PE.

Salary Range: Stipend paid at the end of the season
