The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is looking to hire a Golf Outside Service Supervisor to oversee our golf operations in the following areas:

• Provide effective leadership to the outside service team, including training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Coordinate and manage tee times, ensuring efficient flow of play and minimizing wait times for members and guests.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all golfers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the tee area, including bag drop facilities, cart barn, cart staging, and cleanliness of the surrounding areas.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed in the operation of golf carts and other equipment, maintaining a safe environment for golfers and staff.
• Manage inventory levels of golf equipment, supplies, and amenities, coordinating with the pro shop and other departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the golf management team, pro shop staff, and other relevant departments to coordinate activities and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of tee time bookings, outside service activities, and any incidents or feedback received from golfers.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for outside service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of golf operations.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for outside service staff, providing feedback and setting performance goals to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and tournaments, coordinating outside service activities to support the smooth running of these events.
