Head Golf Professional is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and services of the golf course, including the golf shop, tournaments, practice facilities, and cart fleet. Ensures golf facilities are properly maintained. Being a Head Golf Professional coordinates marketing programs to promote the facility's services to potential customers and oversees member events and daily play. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head Golf Professional requires an active Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) membership. Typically reports to a golf course general manager. The Head Golf Professional manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Head Golf Professional typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Head Padel Professional Role
HPTA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as the Head Padel Professional. This role is pivotal in developing and leading our padel program, catering to both junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in padel coaching, a proven track record in developing padel programs, a passion for the sport, and a strong commitment to player development at all levels.
