Summary: Performs various labor-intensive tasks in a Power Plant setting under the direction of a supervisor or foreman. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, use high pressure fire hose, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Education and/or Experience -High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles (Dust); toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
