Overview:
Marathon Nursing has partnered with local schools of nursing and leading medical centers for children with medical complexity, to create a program designed to address the current shortage in pediatric home healthcare.
The Nurse Preceptor will lead this program for Marathon Nursing.
In this role, you will oversee the successful placement and training of precepting senior nursing students from participating schools of nursing in the homes of children with medical complexity (CMC) at Marathon Nursing. Throughout the program, you will support the students and track their progress until successful completion has been achieved. You will be responsible for the coordination between all partners and program leadership.
This is a hybrid position offering frequent remote work, as well as work within the homes of patients, the classroom, and the skills lab.
