Sets policies and procedures and ensures all services meet the objectives of the organization. Being a Head of Ancillary Services requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Ancillary Services typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate will have:
- Performance skills with emphasis on commanding a large crowd (public speaking experience is a plus but not required. Actors, comedians will do well in this role.
- Be a friendly, outgoing people person with high energy.
- Anything you can include on your resume or cover letter which is helpful to this position is appreciated.
- Candidates who do the audio interview here on Indeed will be given priority.
