The Worcester Child Development Head Start Program/WPS has an opening for a Family Services/Intake Support Secretary effective immediately. Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate strong secretarial and organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail as well as literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other database software. This position requires someone who has strong marketing and public relations skills as well. Bilingual is preferred

This is a year-round position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with 2 weeks of paid vacation time each year.

A high school diploma or GED is required for this position and a minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience.
