Great Lakes Anesthesiology PC is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. This position will be based at our Corporate Office located in Buffalo, NY.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate is extremely motivated and has the ability to self manage and organize their work day in order to complete daily tasks. Daily responsibilities include entering a large volume of charges for multiple facilities, claim follow up(MUST have extensive knowledge of insurance and be familiar with our local insurance provider portals, including workers compensation and no-fault. Experience with Pennsylvania payers is a plus), answering phone calls, organizing and verifying billing cards for multiple hospital systems. Familiarity with some of our local EMR systems would be great!
