Head of Anesthesiology is responsible for the efficient operation of anesthesia services. Develops, implements, and maintains anesthesia procedures and practices. Being a Head of Anesthesiology works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Manages a staff of anesthesia technicians and nurses. Additionally, Head of Anesthesiology requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Head of Anesthesiology manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Head of Anesthesiology typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides and oversees all aspects of planning, production, preparation, and service of nutritious meals and snacks for Head
Start and Early Head Start students, parents, and teachers in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health, and
sanitation. Collaborates with Health and Nutrition Coordinator to perform administrative tasks in support of the food preparation
process, including documentation and maintenance of records.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
2. One year experience cooking nutritious foods for large groups, preferred.
