The Head of Business Development is responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities. Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Being a Head of Business Development may also be accountable for licensing initiatives and programs; duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals. Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities. In addition, Head of Business Development requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Business Development manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     **Job Summary:**

    We are searching for an exceptional business development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development.

    **Responsibilities:**

    - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies

    - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals

    - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

    Telephone Sales - make presentations over the phone, overcome objections, and close.

    **Experience:**

    - Experience in sales, outside sales, or account management (need not be extensive).

    - Familiarity with technical sales and technology products/services.

    - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
