Project Manager - Manufacturing

BUiLT Design located in Everett Washington, is an Industrial Design firm focused on retail environment, retail display, and product design. We offer client design and fabrication services anchored with the leading brands in the outdoor/action sports industry.

We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will work with Account Managers, Designers, Engineers and Production Managers. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cost estimating, managing production timelines, meeting delivery deadlines and managing internal and vendor resources for various client projects. Other Project Manager responsibilities include, working with, coaching and motivating production staff, providing clients with project status updates and administrative duties ancillary to primary duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Quality Control.

· Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of production materials commonly used (wood, metal, plastics, hardware).

· Computer literacy.

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365, with emphasis on excel, PM software.

· CAD 3D software experience a plus.

· Read and understand detailed shop drawings.

· Ability to work independently.

· Manage up to 30 projects concurrently.

· Help ensure that the work of production staff is proceeding correctly and efficiently.

Time Management:

· Possess the ability to prioritize your day and change directions at a moment’s notice due to business needs.

· Create project work schedules for the project components and hold self and Jr. staff accountable to them.

· Communicate the status of the work and the schedule that will be required for completion to the shop team and Production Manager.

· Must be reliable and punctual.

TIME/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

· This is a full-time position with a benefits package.

· Normal work hours are Monday – Friday, approximately 8-6pm.

· Occasional overtime and/or weekend work will be required during busy seasons and months.

· Potential local/domestic/international travel.
