Boar's Head Resort is in the process of building three world-class Padel courts as part of its vibrant Sports Club offerings. The Head Padel Professional will be responsible for the growth of the sport at the Resort and extending into the Charlottesville community for all ages and levels. The successful candidate will develop, promote, and supervise Padel programs for adults, children and seniors, including instruction, tournaments, leagues, and junior programs. He or she will collaborate with Resort squash and tennis professional staff on a regular basis and assist with squash and pickleball clinics, lessons and programming, as needed. The Head Padel Professional will maximize court utilization and revenue by providing a variety of activities and programs that meet the needs of members and guests. He or she will promote Padel among the membership and act as an ambassador to enhance the value of The Boar's Head Sports Club.
