Head Baker / Manager Position :
The role of the Head Baker / Manager is to lead the bakery with success by taking ownership of all things related to baking, maintaining an organized and efficient process for regular bakery operations, and overseeing daily operations of the bakery.
They execute Willow Creek Bakery’s high standards and hold their team accountable to these standards.
The Head Baker / Manager is a part of the leadership team and is responsible for day to day operations related to baking, managing and training the bakery staff, and deciding what kind of pastry, breads, baked goods, and other menu items will be served.
To be successful in this role, the Head Baker / Manager should have leadership experience, time management / organizational skills, excellent customer service, knowledge of baking and what the industry is doing / serving, and a motivation to keep the bakery clean and presentable.
