The Head Head Sommelier identifies and purchases wines for the organization. Manages the daily activities necessary for maintenance and promotion of the organization's wine collection. Being a Head Head Sommelier works with the kitchen staff to develop food and wine pairings. Monitors the conditions of the wine cellar, ensuring optimal storage. In addition, Head Head Sommelier recommends and serves wine to guests. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. May possess or be working towards certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Working as a Head Head Sommelier typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Ricerchiamo per la stagione estiva 2023 (maggio - ottobre) un sommelier per completare l'organico del nostro team sommellerie.
Capofaro è una delle cinque tenute Tasca D'Almerita, e il ruolo del vino è fondamentale nei servizi offerti alla clientela.
La risorsa - all'interno del ristorante - si occupa di:
• gestire in autonomia la proposta dei vini al tavolo e consigliare l'ospite nella scelta
• riordinare cantina e mantenere efficiente i propri strumenti di lavoro
• curare lo standard richiestoSi richiedono:
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni in enoteche, ristoranti o alberghi simili o di pari livello come sommelier.
- Padronanza della lingua inglese.
- Flessibilità di orario e disponibilità a turni giornalieri/serali.
- Organizzazione del lavoro.
- Orientamento ai risultati e proattività.
- Completano il profilo: passione, gestione del tempo e capacità di lavorare in un team.
Qualifiche
• Certificazione Sommelier (AIS, ASPI, FISAR o simili)
• Italiano e inglese fluenti
• Padronanza dei vini nazionali e internazionali
Ulteriori informazioni
• Contratto a tempo determinato da subito fino il 5.10.2023 on vitto e alloggio e retribuzione commisurata all’effettiva esperienza della risorsa inserita
