Gli amici di infanzia Maurizio Menichetti e la Chef Valeria Piccini hanno aperto nel 1987 questo ristorante sullo stesso luogo in cui i genitori di Maurizio gestivano la propria trattoria, in una casa di pietra del villaggio medievale rannicchiato in alto a Montemerano. L’ottima cucina di Valeria è diventata ormai una delle più famose del paese, grazie ai suoi piatti che valorizzano la regione. Il Caino ha l’atmosfera intima di un autentico ristorante toscano, con soli nove tavoli per diciotto coperti. In un’Italia in cui vi sono sempre più donne chef, questa meta gastronomica assolutamente unica è davvero imperdibile.

Childhood friends Maurizio Menichetti and Chef Valeria Piccini opened this restaurant in 1987 on the same place where Maurizio's parents ran their restaurant, in a stone house in the medieval village huddled up high in Montemerano. Valeria's excellent cuisine has now become one of the most famous in the country, thanks to her dishes that enhance the region. Il Caino has the intimate atmosphere of an authentic Tuscan restaurant, with only nine tables for eighteen seats. In an Italy where there are more and more female chefs, this absolutely unique gastronomic destination is truly unmissable.

Descrizione del lavoro

All'interno del ristorante 2*Michelin,  si occupa di:
- supportare le prestazioni della sommellerie durante tutte le fasi del servizio
- dedicarsi alla mescita sotto la guida del suo responsabile
- assestare e pulire il materiale di sommellerie
- sistemare la cantina
- all'occorrenza può essere impiegato a supporto della sala
 

Inside the 2 * Michelin restaurant,, she/he takes care of:
- support the performance of the sommelier during all phases of the service
- devote himself to serving under the guidance of his manager
- settle and clean the sommelier material
- arrange the cellar
- if necessary, it can be used to support the room
 

Qualifiche

- Attestato di Sommelier (AIS, FISAR e similari)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza maturata in ristoranti fine dining, stellati e/o Relais & Chateaux
- Completano il profilo: curiosità, passione per la ristorazione, predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e volontà
di apprendimento

- Certificate of Sommelier (AIS, FISAR and similar)
- Fluent in Italian and English language
- Experience gained in fine dining, starred restaurants and/or Relais & Chateaux
- The profile is completed by: curiosity, passion for catering, predisposition to teamwork and willingness to
learn
