As a Head Teller, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Teller team. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the best banking experience by #Makingmorepossible. 

 
Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions such as deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
• Promote our products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments for further assistance
• Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Plays a positive role in the career development and growth of the Teller team
• Uphold and embrace CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. 
  • Substitution: Three (3) years of directly related full time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
