Instructional Business Analyst

The Instructional Business Analyst is responsible for utilizing workshops and discovery meetings to gather requirements for custom IT solutions.
Additionally, the analyst interacts with Synoptek, client and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities
· Support Technical Leads and developers by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with internal IT Team
· Document, socialize, and triage issues, defects, and enhancement requests
· Document requirements, create specifications and/or wireframes, change requests, test cases, user guides, and strategy roadmaps
· Build job aids, web pages, and other resources to provide self-service guidance to end users
· Offer formal, one-on-one and ad hoc training to groups and individuals on technology solutions supported by Synoptek at the client
