The Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor (National) will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating the company’s safety policies and standards which support efforts towards an injury-free goal
• Identify and work to correct potential hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Assist with incident investigations and implementation of effective solutions.
• Assist in completing Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and attend EH&S toolbox safety meetings.
• Help lead Operational Excellence initiatives in conjunction with the EHS Vice President and EHS Manager.

Requirements:

• Current Construction, Health & Safety Technician (CHST) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
• Minimum of 10 years of training, safety, or gas distribution experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry standards preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in gas distribution operator qualifications standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite required.
• OSHA 500, or 510 certifications preferred.
• Experience in HDD, Oil & Gas, or similar industries preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and industry requirements to resolve compliance issues.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload, follow, and promote policies/ procedures, and maintain company confidentiality.
  • Experience in developing technical programs in accordance with industry requirements and conducting training sessions with field employees to support operations.
