Health Education & Coaching Director provides supervision and direction to a team responsible for providing proactive healthcare education and coaching to plan members. Develops and implements various health education programs and materials designed for plan enrollees, employers, and providers. Being a Health Education & Coaching Director monitors, assesses, and reviews educational programs for effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Health Education & Coaching Director typically reports to senior management. The Health Education & Coaching Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Health Education & Coaching Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Description:
The Simulation Director collaborates with faculty to provide for consistent, consecutive and relevant student learning experiences to meet course and clinical objectives in the simulation lab. This person designs, develops, implements and evaluates scenarios, simulated learning activities and educational materials for all NUR courses in collaboration with nursing faculty, staff and other users of the simulation lab. Ensures supervision of students in the lab, while maintaining safe practices and abiding by all established policies and procedures for the lab. Support the development of the program's philosophy, objectives, conceptual framework, curriculum, policies, and assure fulfillment of standards of the Board of Nursing and other regulatory agencies.
