Health Educator is responsible for developing and designing health education programs meant to increase community awareness and knowledge. Conducts needs assessments and keeps up-to-date on changes in health care technology to keep program material current. Being a Health Educator develops, coordinates, and disseminates educational resources and materials. May provide health education outreach and consultation. Additionally, Health Educator requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Health Educator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Para Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students, planning and implementing engaging activities, and providing guidance and support to children in their development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Supervise and interact with the children in a positive manner.
- Maintain records of each child's progress.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Provide guidance to students in developing social skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
