As a Director of Business Development you will:

• Develop and implement effective marketing plan for achieving budgeted census, patient mix, referral, and contact objectives timely and appropriately.

As a Director of Business Development you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with related communications/marketing experience.  Master’s Degree with Clinical Licensure is preferred.

• Clinical licensure preferred, i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RN

• Three to five years of full time work as a marketing representative, nurse liaison, or public relations experience is required.
