We're searching for a full-time, Certified Home Inspector to evaluate properties and make sure they are up to code! You’ll assess all aspects of the home, take note of any damages that need to be repaired, and provide a full report for every client. • Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed
• Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified
• Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made

• Must be able to manage very detailed aspects of the inspection and reporting process
• Able to travel by car and possess a current U.S. driver’s license
• Unafraid of walking on roofs or climbing in attics or crawl spaces
• Ability to clearly explain needed repairs both verbally and in writing to customers
• Understands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and more

• Must be licensed with DBPR
