Job Summary
The Lee County Health Department seeks a full-time health inspector for our Environmental Health division. This individual will review plans and provide routine and follow-up inspections to determine compliance with food codes. Associate degree and a minimum of 9 credit hours in science are required. Must be able to interpret laws, rules and regulations and local codes and ordinances. Must be able to work an occasional evening or weekend.
