Health Insurance Operations Director jobs in Arkansas

Pay Range: $30,000 - $65,000 year

We are looking for high producers to add to our growing list of independent agents. We are growing exponentially because our contract gives you the power and flexibility needed to serve ALL customers within any demographic! Our product offering is second to none and we are adding more product offerings to keep up with the intense demand our Independent Agents are seeing in the field.

We pay generous first year commissions AND generous renewal commissions.

ONLY a 5 year vesting period (you get paid renewals during 5 year vesting) and then you own all rights to your renewal commissions FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! You can build a substantial retirement that will be in the six figures if you are serious about building a book of business with our products.
