Health Insurance Operations Manager jobs in Columbia, SC

This opportunity involves driving to businesses in a company vehicle to educate people about ACA healthcare plans, and then sell those plans to them. This is an exciting opportunity to help others while also building significant residual income. Please note that this position will require overnight travel to other states in the Southeast outside of Columbia, SC.

Expected Compensation: During the training period (approximately 3-4 months), variable compensation based on performance (approximately $700 per week). After the training period, residual commissions that result in over $100k in the first year.

Duties / Responsibilities:·

• Travel from business to business throughout primarily the Myrtle Beach Area and other states in the Southeast region to enroll individuals into ACA health insurance plans.
• This position will require some overnight travel during the week (no weekend work required).

Required Experience and Skills:

• Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in a professional environment or service industry.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, flexible and able to be coached.
• Self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed with the ability to work independently.

Education:

• · High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel unassisted as needed , as well as operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for prolonged periods of time, as well as work on a computer or tablet.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and phone ad lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
