Functions
Responsible for supporting the Project Team members in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract types, sizes, complexity, and level of risk from a financial perspective. Responsible for tracking the budget of the Program including the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Develop, maintain, and track the status of all Government Financial Reports required by the Contract. This position involves significant interaction with the Project Manager (PM), Business Manager (BM) Control Account Managers and may involve interaction with Operations/Line Management, Finance personnel, Contracts personnel, Procurement, senior technical personnel, and various other functional or support organizations.

This position will report to the Earned Value Group Manager.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Education/Experience: BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction, or Engineering with 5 years of experience as EVMS analysts or Project Management support desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Experience with Cobra or other EVMS software. Experience in EVMS processes and project management support. Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, specifically inter‐system requirements/relationships. Experience working in a manufacturing or shipbuilding environment and government contract work desired. Project management experience, PMI, EVP or other Project Management or EVMS certifications, and Cost Accounting background are a plus.
Skills: Intermediate to advance level Microsoft including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to rapidly obtain, sort, filter, and analyze large volumes of data for distillation into high-level reports. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to show initiative and innovation, adapt to ambiguous and fast-paced situations, and track, manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, employees, government officials, and the public exercising diplomacy and tact. Ability to communicate effectively and to forge and sustain outstanding client relationships while managing and executing multiple workstreams. Demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to lead multi-system integrated product teams. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
