Healthcare Service Line Director develops and manages all functions within a specific service line e.g., oncology, cardiac, women's, orthopedics. Establishes effective strategies for programs, product/service line, and physician integration and resource utilizations with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, and patient experience. Being a Healthcare Service Line Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Healthcare Service Line Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Healthcare Service Line Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. If you want to join a fast-growing team, don’t delay, and apply today!JOB SUMMARY:As a Utility Line Locator, you would be responsible for completing all assigned tickets by their scheduled due date. Completing tickets consists of accurately locating and marking existing underground utilities, specifically electric and gas utilities, taking clear photos of your markings, and entering needed notes of the locate into our system.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Be able to follow driving directions from 811 One-Calls
- Be able to walk 3 to 5 miles a day if needed carrying equipment
- Ability to adapt to adverse situations
- Ability to learn new devices and changing laws
- Keep immediate supervisor/manager aware of any issues or problems in the field
- Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable, gas, water, and sewer system
- Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking location and completing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:- Experience is preferred! 1 to 2 years line locating experience
- Effective verbal and listening skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Time management skills
- Must have/maintain a valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screening
- Job knowledge/Responsibilities/Productivity
- Customer Service/Relationship/Communication
WORK ENVIRONMENT:- Must be able to wear required PPE as assigned by HS&E Manager
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather
