Thanks to our exceptional team's performance Above the Line Cleaning is looking for their next Above the Line teammate! We are looking for p/t or f/t daytime residential staff willing to commute to Walla Walla while we build up our Tri Cities clientele

We are extremely selective about who we choose to join our team and will only hire positive, growth minded, drama and chaos free go getters who take pride in going above and beyond in their work. This is a physically demanding job where you will be responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping and sanitizing all areas and surfaces of our clients’ homes. Basically you will be getting paid to get in shape while helping make people’s lives a little easier, while surrounded by some exceptional people you can count on to show up as scheduled and carry their weight!

What does it pay?

Probationary staff (first 90 days) earn between $17.49-$21.49/hour based on availability. After you successfully complete probation we pay between of $20-24 per hour. Full time staff will average $850 per week, plus tips, bonuses, longevity raises, and a travel stipend for jobs out of Walla Walla/CP. Do I work alone or on a team?

Cleaning jobs may be performed “solo,” or as part of a team. If applying for a f/t position you must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies to the work sites.

How do I check my schedule?

We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.

How do I get paid?

We pay weekly on Fridays.

Job requirements:

Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)

Must own a vehicle and smartphone

Valid car insurance and driver's license
