Position and Location:

We are currently looking to hire Heavy Equipment Operators throughout Arizona to fill positions in the fast-paced and growing telecom market.

• Bullhead City
• Prescott
• Camp Verde
• Yuma

Must be able to commute to work daily.

This position is a full-time position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate one or several types of heavy equipment, such as track hoe, backhoe, trencher, etc.
• Be comfortable operation equipment in tight areas and around multiple utilities.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, oil checks, etc.
• Have an understanding of various ground conditions: rock, clay, sand, cobble, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and job sites.
• Perform manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions.
• Complete daily inspections and report all equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to mitigate risk of injury, property damage, and the loss of life in accordance with company policies.
• Completes all necessary inspection forms for each piece of equipment.
• Works efficiently to achieve a high level of productivity daily.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an equipment operator.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to work in the U.S.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds at a time.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Drive for extended periods of time throughout the day.
