Help Desk Service Agent

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Service Agent to join their team!

This person will be responsible for jumping into the call queue and working on tickets. As well as any troubleshooting, updating, and staying up to date consistently. 

Responsibilities:

• Calling and working on tickets
• Troubleshooting
• Consistent note taking 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience within Microsoft Office
• Personable and comfortable talking on the phone
• Proven track record of skilled note taking

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Bomgar
• Previous Help Desk support
