Duties
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software applications, hardware, and network configurations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with network administration tasks
- Provide desktop support for various operating systems
- Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance on computer management
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Document all support activities and resolutions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
