  • Responsibilities

    The Help Desk Support Agent is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and various IT-related issues. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of user satisfaction. This is a contract position in Dayton, OH.

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software
    • Experience with Active Directory
    • Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware components
    • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
    • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
