  • DSA is seeking a highly qualified Help Desk Specialist with an active secret clearance to join our team at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience providing Help Desk/Support with SAP portals/applications
    • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
    • Capacity to learn and support new and existing applications.
    • Ability to develop and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
    • Proficiency at working on multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities.
    • Ability to interact with end-users, technical managers, and developers.
    • Must be able to write clearly and effectively
    • Basic network troubleshooting experience.
    • Excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills

    Desired Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field such as computer science or information systems
    • Experience providing support for the DoD; Ammunition Enterprise Portal (AEP) knowledge
    • IAT-Level II: Security
    • Technical certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A , etc, preferred
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide 2nd tier helpdesk support with expertise in SAP and the AEP-meSpace applications; resolve common problems, manage user permission requests by communicating with functional system owners, assign user roles using user admin functions within the SAP portal.
    • Be an active member of the team,show initiative to complete assigned tasks with minimum direction, meet or exceed project commitments, and effectively communicate issues and accomplishments to team members
