Escolaridad :
- Bachelor in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician , Computer Applications or equivalent.
Experiencia :
- Experience in call center or customer service environments
- Account Administration experience is a plus.
Conocimientos :
- Strong troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware and software is desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English 80% (spoken and written)
Habilidades / Competencias :
- Excellent customer support. Strong time management skills required.
- Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets , system access administration
- Problem troubleshooting and resolution, troubleshooting email browsers, etc.
- Exposure to Oracle database a plus.
Responsabilidades / Actividades :
- Delivering technical customer support; answering phone calls, chats and e-mails both in English and in Spanish. Analyzing the 'content' of the call or email to determine if an incident needs to be logged in a database and then dispatching it to the corresponding support group.

Portsmouth is a city in and the county seat of Scioto County, Ohio, United States. Located in southern Ohio 41 miles (66 km) south of Chillicothe, it lies on the north bank of the Ohio River, across from Kentucky, just east of the mouth of the Scioto River.
