Helpdesk Technician jobs in Council Bluffs, IA

Looking for an ambitious, full-time IT Technician / Installer to join our Harlan, Iowa/ Omaha team. In this role you’ll be working directly with our senior technical engineers to perform both remote and onsite service/project work.

Work will mainly consist of help desk and backend networking and cybersecurity.

There will be times that physical installation of cameras, APs, cable runs etc will be required. The ability to climb an 8ft ladder in those cases is needed.

Travel to customer sites may/will be required usually within a 60 mile radius of Harlan, Iowa. Company car will be provided.

This position has opportunity for advancement.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

Desktop, Server and Network support

Microsoft 365

Microsoft Server

Advanced Troubleshooting skills

Project planning and implementation

Cable Installation and hardware mounting (cameras, APs, etc) a plus
