At Austin Stone Works, we are currently in search of a talented and experienced Countertop Installer to join our team. As a Countertop Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our client's spaces through the meticulous installation of stone countertops. We are seeking an individual with exceptional skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install stone countertops, including wall cladding, with precision and attention to detail.
• Capable of minimal on-site fabrication.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure all details are completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
• Assist in resolving any installation-related issues or challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a countertop installer, specializing in high-end stone materials is required. Preferably, 5 years of experience.
• Valid Driver's License and English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of different countertop materials, including granite, marble, and quartz.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary.
• Must be willing and able to commute to job sites located across the Big Island.
