We are a well-established and growing stone fabrication company located in Auburn CA., and we are currently seeking an experienced Countertop Installer to join our team.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience installing stone countertops (Please Do Not apply if you don't have this experience), who is dependable, self-motivated, self-driven professional who can lead an installation crew and properly execute the day’s tasks. A person who is detailed oriented such as making sure all overhangs and reveals are properly met per plans. As a lead you will have to delegate tasks and take on the spot decisions to efficiently utilize the crew’s time and resources. All tools required for installation will be provided.

We use ramp trailers and Omni Cubed carts and products to make installs safer & easier.

Pay rate: $25 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and skill.

Full time M-F 7am-3:30am

Some overtime required.

Truck and tools provided.

Overtime Pay

After 90 days: (5) Paid vacation start accumulating per year (3) Paid Sick Days per year

Requirements

Expert working knowledge in all aspects of custom residential stone countertop, backsplash, fireplace & shower surround fabrication & installation techniques.

Highly skilled in cutting, grinding, honing, polishing, filling, and sealing all different types of materials including but not limited to marble, granite, quartzite, quartz & other engineered stones.

Extensive experience with proper tile & countertop demolition techniques while protecting all surrounding cabinetry, flooring and existing finishes.

- 2 years’ experience installing stone countertops, walls, fireplaces, flooring, decorative stone, etc.

- 1 year fabricator experience.

- Able to lift 75lb

- Basic computer skills.

- Detailed oriented and organized person.

- Basic knowledge of how to read architectural plans.

- Be able to communicate clearly in English.

- Knowledge of industry standards for stone installations.

- Experience working with different materials such as Dekton, Neolith, marble, quartz, porcelain, etc.

- Able to provide valid work documents.

- Properly be able to measure and determine specific cuts that may need to be done on site such as scribed walls, outlets and any possible adjustment needed on the stone.

- Some customer service experience.

- Current and valid driver’s license with at least 3 years current driving history and a clean driver history for the past 3 years. You must be insurable with our insurance carrier to drive company vehicles.
