Allegiance Staffing is looking for a hoist operator for one of Shelbyville Kentucky's leading manufacturers. Hoist operators will be moving or lifting parts onto pallets

Requires hands-on operation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.

· Coordinate movement of parts and materials, changing of racks, and enter data.

· Communicate with other areas, receive directions from your supervisor.

· Since it is sometimes necessary, must be capable of performing all operator tasks.

· Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all materials are stored correctly.

· Enforce procedures and highlight issues or concerns to your supervisor.

· Be a role model for attendance, punctuality, attitude, and flexibility.

Competencies

• Work standing for a 10-hour shift in a production environment.
• Requires good hand-eye coordination used to place heavy materials on the line.

Compensation

• $16.00hr to start pay is based on experience
• Monday - Thursday 5am-3:30pm OR 6:15am- 5:00pm

• Shelbyville KY
