Being a Home Care Aide typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. Additionally, Home Care Aide may require CPR certified. The Home Care Aide possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. What you’ll be doing:- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
- Transporting and accompanying on errands.

- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Valid CA driver license
- Access to reliable transportation w/insurance and registration
- California Home Care Aide registration
- Current TB clearance and COVID vaccine card(if available)
- Reliability and dedication
- Previous experience caregiving for clients in senior communities preferred but not required
