BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on the Big Island. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop individualized care plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance
• Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' independence and well-being
• Continuously assess and revise clients' care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients

Requirements:

• A current Physical Therapist license in HI state
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
