    Position Overview: As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and promoting growth across multiple Home Instead franchises. This role requires extensive travel between territories and a deep understanding of the home care industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Home Instead franchises
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across franchises
    • Collaborate with franchise owners to drive growth and profitability
    • Identify and implement best practices across territories
    • Manage and develop regional teams to achieve operational goals
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between franchises and corporate leadership


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in home care or related healthcare services
    • Proven track record of managing multiple territories or franchises
    • Strong understanding of home care operations, regulations, and industry trends
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time)
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance management tools
    • Experience in change management and process improvement
