Job Overview:
We are a national title company located in western Suffolk County NY. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Self-motivated, along with excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to be a team player.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Communication between us and the client(s)- excellent phone skills and email etiquette required
- Escrow Officer will be responsible for supporting current business and delivering a high level of service to the client
- Reviews title to confirm liens are released or the appropriate documentation is received. And that title is clear for closing
- Scheduling files for closing
- Reading closing instructions to prepare HUD/CD
- Review closing documents for accuracy and prepare needed title documents
- Balance file & complete disbursement per lender closing instructions/HUD
- Contact title company, lenders and customers with questions and issues that need to be resolved.
-3-5 years title/escrow experience
- Excellent computer skills-ResWare, Gators software knowledge a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast- paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
