  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Horse Guide to join our team. As a Horse Guide, you will be responsible for leading horseback riding tours and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a hands-on role that requires strong animal handling skills and knowledge of equine care.

    Duties:
    - Lead horseback riding tours, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests
    - Provide instruction and guidance to riders of all skill levels
    - Assist with saddling, bridling, and grooming horses
    - Conduct pre-ride safety checks on equipment and horses
    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stable area
    - Perform basic maintenance tasks on farm machinery and equipment
    - Assist with farm operations such as irrigation and growing activities
    - Handle heavy lifting as required for feed, equipment, and supplies

    Experience:
    - Minimum 2 years of experience working with horses
    - Strong knowledge of equine care and behavior
    - Ability to handle horses confidently and safely
    - Familiarity with power tools for basic repairs and maintenance
    - Experience in animal care, including feeding, grooming, and administering medications

    Requirements:
    - Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including heavy lifting and long hours outdoors
    - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
