Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Broad Function

The Staffing Analyst is responsible for supporting the requisitioning process for the Brock Regional Staffing Centers. This position collects, validates and processes employee applicant paperwork and schedules all pre-hire appointments to ensure a quick and timely hiring process to meet the needs of our work sites and clients.

Essential Functions

• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Create job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System from submitted RFPs
• Follow proper policies and procedures in requisition processing
• Work with hiring manager to resolve questions regarding RFPs
• Update requisitions per hiring manager request
• Create and distribute daily workforce report
• Utilize reports to identify filled positions and actively close position in Applicant Tracking System
• Run ad-hoc reports as needed
• Monitor and audit system for accuracy and report errors and issues to HRIS team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• Working indoors in an office environment
• Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary
• Frequent travel as required

• Proficient in MS Office

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• 1 year experience working in Human Resources
• Bilingual – Spanish, a plus
