Location: On-site in Bedford, MA

This Role:

As a Staffing Production Coordinator at LogixHealth, you will work with a team medical coders, coordinators, and billers to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to deliver exceptional third-party coding services.

The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a medical coding certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production team assignments to ensure all charts assigned are processed/coded timely
• Prepare and report on differences of why charts are not being processed
• Review daily reports and dashboards to track/trend and report back to coding staff and offshore management production teams
• Assign and schedule work to staff and ensure completion
• Develop/prepare and review coding production team’s staffing patterns on weekly basis
• Facilitate coder production teams daily or weekly touch base meetings
• Report to management any issues, trends and monitor actions plans being executed from the production teams

Experience:

• Medical background, Coding experience and/or certification
• Prior internet software experience and proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Excel and MS Word
