We have a new opening for a Staffing Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator will ensure all units are staffed according to approve guidelines. This position will work closely with Nursing Directors to ensure the correct skill/mix of staff is available for each unit. This position will assess and reassess staffing needs of each unit on a shift-by-shift basis in order to maintain appropriate staffing levels and minimize overtime. This position will track attendance data to assist Nursing Directors identify attendance issues. Performs other duties as assigned.
Hours will vary and applicants need to have flexibility with his/her availability.
